The Ewent EW1085 adds Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity to a compatible computer through micro USB. It supports Class I operation with up to 20 m range, 3.0 Mbps data transfer, an integrated antenna, and A2DP support. The adapter can connect up to 7 Bluetooth devices at the same time, and Ewent recommends Windows 11, 10, or 8.1 for use. It suits first-time buyers who want an easy way to add wireless audio and peripherals such as headphones, speakers, keyboards, or mice, with the important step of disabling the computer’s built-in Bluetooth driver to avoid conflicts.
